GENERAL INFORMATION
We are pleased to welcome you for your stay at La Baronnie Hotel & Spa****.
We welcome you every day from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. In case of late arrival, please inform us beforehand.
Rooms are available from 15:00 and must be vacated at 11:00.
Your breakfast awaits you every morning in the dining room or on our terrace from 8:00 to 10:30.
On Sunday we offer the Brunch of the island of Ré accompanied by a glass of champagne.
On request, the hotel team serves hot or cold drinks during the day.
Our bar welcomes you every day from 4.30pm to 11pm.
The hotel has a Cinq Mondes spa, consult the treatment map and rates in your room.
DEPOSIT
Your reservation will be definitively registered upon receipt of the deposit below by direct debit authorized on your credit card VISA, Mastercard or AMEX or by transfer in euros to the order of «La Baronnie Hôtel et Spa»:
– 50% for 1 night booked;
– 35% for 2 nights or more;
– 100% for special offers, promotions, gift vouchers, last minute and early booking.
The deposit is deductible at the end of the stay provided that it is respected in full.
Our special offers and promotions are not refundable, cumulative or modifiable.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of reservation in writing 3 weeks before the date of arrival, we give you the possibility to postpone the deposit paid on a new period of stay for the same season or to refund the deposit less € 50 administrative fee, per room cancelled.
In case of final cancellation less than 21 days before arrival and according to the provisions of article 1590 of the Civil Code
French: «All deposit paid remain definitively acquired».
In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show on the day of arrival, the entire stay will be due.
In case of cancellation of a special offer or promotion, it is not refundable.
In case of early departure before the end date of your stay, the entire initially planned stay will be due.
SPA
Our Spa CINQ MONDES welcomes you every day between 9:30 am and 8 pm. You will find on our website the list of treatments offered.
Our Spa is only accessible to people over 18 years old.
Any confirmed appointment may be subject to cancellation within the maximum period of 24 hours before the date of the pretstation. Any service cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be due.
Spa services that are included in the packages cannot be cancelled, refunded or reduced in price.
The Brunch
The whole team of La Baronnie Hotel & Spa**** will be delighted to welcome you on Sunday for its extraodinary Brunch of the island of Ré.
All reservations will be subject to full payment.
For any reservation cancelled more than 48 hours before the day of the Brunch, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
For any cancellation less than 48 hours, or in case of no show on the day of the Brunch, no refund will be made.
The Bar 1721
The Bar 1721, a link between the courtyard, terrace and garden, framed by enchanting orange trees, will welcome you every day from 4:30 pm to 11 pm.

The Pool
From May to September, the heated outdoor pool is open daily from 11am to 7pm.
Access is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
For safety reasons, the swimming pool is forbidden to children under five years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
ANIMALS
Our animal friends are not allowed at La Baronnie Hotel & Spa ****.
COMFORT
For the comfort of all, La Baronnie Hotel & Spa**** is a non-smoking establishment.
We have arranged in the garden a space for the irreducible smokers.
