If the weather is poor, brunch can be enjoyed inside in our dedicated dining room where you will find a bistro decor combining vintage furniture, a fireplace and a more modern bar, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

At La Baronnie Hôtel & Spa****, we believe that the best brunch is enjoyed with company in complete freedom.
Just for you, in the hotel kitchen, our head of catering has prepared delicious home-made cakes and his specialities, a wide variety of club sandwiches, dessert verrines, fromage blanc, chocolate and chocolate chips, etc. The brunch is laid out on the large block in the dining room, combining organic, local and regional, sweet and savoury, fresh seasonal produce, viennoiseries, breads, a cheese platter, soft-boiled, fried and scrambled eggs, salmon, oysters, prawns and seafood, cold meats, mixed salads and vegetables, fruit, fruit salad and pastries.
This array of flavours is accompanied by traditional hot and cold drinks: on the menu, you will find teas from the Dammann Frères brand, coffee roasted on Ile de Ré, hot chocolate, fresh fruit juice, water, etc. A sparkling glass of champagne is offered on your arrival.
A privilege still all too rare on Ile de Ré, vegetarians and gluten-sensitive diners will also find options to meet their requirements at La Baronnie.
Brunch open to all
On Ile de Ré, the La Baronnie Hôtel & Spa****’s Brunch is available on Sundays from 11.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. (booking advised). Just like our Bar 1721 and our spa and exclusive Cinq Mondes treatments, the hotel brunch is open to non-guests.
